Riyadh — Mubasher: First Milling Company (First Mills) announced that electronic voting for its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) will commence on 26 August 2026 at 1:00 AM, according to a bourse filing.

The meeting is scheduled to be held virtually on 30 August at 6:30 PM to address several key agenda items, including a significant capital distribution and leadership appointments.

Shareholders will vote on the Board of Directors' recommendation to distribute SAR 99.35 million in cash dividends for the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year.

The proposed payout represents SAR 1.79 per share, equivalent to 17.9% of the share's nominal value.

Eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders registered at the end of trading on the assembly meeting day. Payments are scheduled to begin within 15 business days from the eligibility date.

The OGM will also vote on electing board members for a new four-year term starting 30 August 2026 and ending on 29 August 2030.

Additionally, the agenda includes authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual basis for the remainder of the 2026 fiscal year.

Shareholders can cast their votes through the Tadawulaty service until the conclusion of the meeting.
